Has anyone had experience with the following product? If so would you

Microsoft HTML Help Workshop lets you create Windows Help (HLP) files as
well as Web pages that use Help-style navigational controls. The newest
version offers advanced full-text searching features, a favorites tab (which
enables users to save a list of topics they use most often), a full-text
search stop list, automatic hiding of the Navigation pane when a user
switches focus from a compiled help file to a software application, new
accessibility shortcut keys and updated and expanded documentation, with
