Esource is a company that specializes in recruiting and resourcing middle
and upper level training and development professionals on a contract,
project and permanent basis.  We are currently searching for the following
Contract position in Piscataway, New Jersey!!:


Job Description:

Design, develop, deliver, and update Learning Support documentation for
users and administrators of the ISCP system

Review system requirements and software design documents to determine LS
impact of new system features and/or modifications.

Work closely with application developers and systems engineers (SME's) to
gather information for the learning support products.

Understand, use, and promote adherence to the Learning Support Quality
Process (LSQP).

Represent the Learning Support team at feature team meetings, design
reviews, and client guest testing.

Develop in-depth knowledge of the ISCP System and familiarity with the
associated Learning Support product set.

Manage multiple and diverse assignments effectively. Improve existing
materials from a usability perspective.

Skills Qualifications:

Expert proficiency in FrameMaker. and use Framemaker 5.5 proficiently in a
file-sharing environment.
At least 5 years of experience with Information Design and Development. Five
or more years of technical writing experience.
Experience writing installation, system administration, and user guides a
plus.
Knowledge of the ISCP system and it's documentation structure is a plus.

Contractor must available to work on site in Piscataway, NJ!!
