I'm trying to help the manager of the Help Desk at my company, who is
looking into new software for the Help Desk. He has a long list (8-9) of
various products, he's written up what's important for him, and now he
has to evaluate the products and make a recommendation for what Help
Desk software to use here and in several international locations.
I'm trying to save him some of the research by getting him feedback from
other Help Desk personnel:
Does anyone know of a listserv for Help Desk personnel?
Any recommendations for/against software.
