First, I would recommend that you download the PDFMaker plug-in for
Acrobat from the Adobe website area for free downloads
(www.adobe.com). The plug-in converts Word97 documents to PDF, and
uses Word's TOC, heading styles, and cross-references to create
bookmarks, links from the TOC to the topic, and links from the
cross-reference to its target. Generally speaking, it works very
well.

As for your bullet printing problem, it kind of sounds like a printer
driver problem. Perhaps if you select the Distiller as your printer
(START MENU -> PRINTERS -> Acrobat Distiller), it will clear up. And,
try recreating the documents with PDFMaker.

If the problem persists, you can post your questions to the Acrobat
User to User Forum for on the Adobe website:

http://www.adobe.com/supportservice/custsupport/forums.html

There are quite a few experts (not Adobe employees), who are pretty
generous with helping with a wide variety of Acrobat issues.
