Moldflow is the world leader in computer aided engineering for the plastics
injection moulding industry. We are seeking a technical writer to be based
in our R&D headquarters in Kilsyth. The successful candidate's most
important asset will be his/her strong writing skills. The ability to
write clearly and concisely with a user-centred approach is essential.
In addition, the successful applicant will have:
? the ability to work effectively in a team environment
? good interpersonal skills, especially in the area of extracting
information from other developers
? the ability to learn quickly
? a university degree (any discipline)
? minimum year 12 science/maths/engineering
? the ability to work effectively in a changing environment, where
objectives will change but the deadline will not
? good problem-solving skills
As a bonus, the technical writer may have experience with:
? Visual Basic for applications
? DHTML
? CAD/CAE
? plastics and/or injection moulding
