If you haven't got Paintshop Pro 5 already, download the free eval from
jasc.com .
It comes with another program called Animation Shop. Create two .gifs
containing
your word -- one "down" and one "up." Use the Animation Shop wizard to
specify
the down and up words, animate and save. Then imbed it as an inline graphic.
Probably 15 minutes of work....
