| I have an online help system with about 15 first level books that display
| in the TOC. When I print the help, I find that I must highlight each book,
| and then click print from the TOC.
|
| Is there an easier way to print this help system? Is there a way
| that I can
| select all of the books at one time, and then click print? Or, does the
| winhelp compiler not support this printing function?
Kathy,
Unfortunately, this is just the way it works! If you want to be able to
print the whole system with one click, you have to put all 15 first-level
books inside another book. We generally don't do this, though, because it
adds an unnecessary layer for people who are using the information online.
Most of our users don't often need to print an entire help system -- a topic
here and there, yes, but not the whole system.
