Description: Develop, create and design a Knowledge Base for this leading
Financial Software company. You will thru learning the product and
interviewing programmers and other technical staff create a knowledge base
of the product, FAQ's, Troubleshooting procedures and other information
resources for end users of the software product. This will eventually be
ported to the internet.
Goal is to create something similar style to Microsoft's on-line knowledge
base and troubleshooters on the internet.
Requirements: Microsoft Word, Technical Writing, On-Line Help tool,
Infobase, or HyperText indexing knowledge a plus, but not required.
Experience working with Knowledge Bases a plus Education: 4 year degree or
equivalent work experience.
