I've found Visio is somewhat troubling
when trying to import diagrams into
Word.
Microsoft Word 97 works well for
creating diagrams. It may take
a little more manual "work" than
Visio because you must group/regroup
objects together for complex diagrams.
I don't create many diagrams,
but so far have found Word to be
friendlier that Visio.
(an example of one of my Word diagrams is at: http://www.execpc.com/~knp/TechComm/PBIntro.html)
