Hallo:
Shelly's problem is tool-related.
I recommend anyone trying to make PDFs from Word:
1) Dump PDFwriter like a rented mule.
2) Buy the Acrobat suite, which includes Distiller, and set it up using the
Distiller PS Printer.
3) Download the free PDFmaker version 1 software from adobe.com.
The aforementioned combination *will* make PDFs from your Word doc.
All the best.
Sean
P.S. Oh, and make sure you upgrade to Adobe Acrobat Reader version *3.02* or
later. Version 4 is best.
