Rohina,
To set the security for a PDF, you need to open the PDF in Acrobat
Exchange and select File > Save As. There is a Security button on the
Save As dialog box. The Security dialog box allows you to specify
passwords to open or change the document and to disable printing.
Acrobat Exchange should have come on your FrameMaker CD.
I beleive there are also methods of embedding the commands in the
FrameMaker file before you distill, but I don't know how to do that.
