The inverse correlation may be true for levels 1 to 5, but, in my
experience, not below 1. I'd guess my company rates about 0.5 -- those of
us who create product are given (almost) free-reign to determine
priorities, make changes, and set work hours. Laissez faire, definitely.
Anarchy, sometimes. I'd say work weeks are more likely to be 40-45 hours
than 60 hours. The forumula seems to work -- we're small, but, at ten years
old, stable and profitable.
