Hi there,
I'm currently shopping my resume around to various IT search agencies around
Toronto. One recruiter called me back and asked me to fax in a list of my
references as well. When I asked why, the recruiter said that some companies
the agency deals with require BOTH a resume & references to be supplied
before they'll look at a candidate.
Does this sound legitimate? I have no problems providing a list of
references, but at the same time I don't want my references to either be
pestered by or become potential targets of this agency...
Cheers & have a good weekend!
Justin
