Gang,
TECHWR-L (and a number of other lists and sites) were offline
for most of today because of a cable cut in the POP that hosts
the server. Apparently someone got a little overly industrious
with some cleanup work and snipped though a number of T1 connections.
The problem was noticed and reported at about 8am Pacific
time, the wires were pieced back together by noon or so,
and AT&T reconnected the T1 at around 6pm.
