Cinebase Software, a leader in media asset management,
has an immediate need for a technical writer on a contract
basis.
The individual may work remotely, but office visits and
on-site work may be required for parts of the contract.
Further information:
Length of contract: 2-3 months.
Starting: Immediately.
Rate of pay: TBD; higher rate will be considered in
exchange for faster turnaround / shorter contract.
Work description:
Revise and produce an updated version of the user
publications set for a media asset sharing and
collaboration tool. Work closely with the product
development and QA teams to plan the documents,
re-organize existing content, write new content,
and revise product documentation as necessary.
Requirements:
Proficiency with Adobe FrameMaker 5.5 essential.
Previous exposure to multimedia software
applications a plus.
Excellent information gathering skills.
Demonstrated writing abilities (portfolio).
