Re: being annoyed at being complimented for "beautifying" the
documentation...i don't think the person was necessarily complaining about
the "beautifying" they had to do in their job. rather, the person wanted
acknowledgment from management that his/her job consists of much MORE than
simply "beautifying." and re: creativity... no one can stop your
creativity from brewing in your head, but they sure as heck can stop you
from applying it to your job.
