Just got this assignment out of the blue and could use some help in getting
off of square one. What should a High-Level Intranet User Guide contain?
Client wants a document about 30 pages long, lots of screen shots, and of
course easy to use. My guess is they will ultimately port some helps to the
Intranet but for the moment, they want paper.
Any ideas will be appreciated.
