if its a java-based application, the user will already have the jre
installed. if they didn't, they couldn't run the application. as for the
java help classes, those are easily included in your application's jar file.

so will the application, so your user probably won't notice :).

this one depends on the java runtime environment they are using. i had
problems with the jre 1.2.1, but when i upgraded to 1.2.2, the problem was
fixed. the problem isn't with the java help per se, its with the virtual
machine you are running.
