I did something similar recently... we made it a little interesting by breaking
our production process down into several small steps and asked participants to
arrange the steps in order. (OK, so it wasn't *very* interesting, but at least
it got them involved.) They weren't even close. It helped them to realize that
(1) the time to add and/or change things is *very* early in the process, (2)
once we have input from the SMEs we still have a lot of work to do, and (3)
there's a lot of work involved in the whole thing!
