Joan Melgaard has <<...three files (TOC, body, index) in
Framemaker 5.5 that I want to make into a book. I think I am
making the book properly, putting the files in the correct
order, and printing it as a .pdf. But when I do this, I get three
pdf files when I only want one.>>
If the other suggestions don't work, you can still merge the
files manually in Acrobat to produce a single book. I don't
recall the details, but basically you insert the TOC and index
files into the body file, then drag them to the appropriate
location. Check the Acrobat documentation for details.
