I am writing an installation manual for technicans whose second language is
English. The company is in Holland. The manual is also used as the unoffical
training guide. The techs get 2 weeks with the installers then they are on
their own with the manual.
I am wondering about using "ing" in headings.
Also, how to keep the writing simple, not simplistic. Would any of you care
to share your ESL writing experinces, tips or references to a resource for
ESL tech writing. Much appreciated.
