Our help files consist of field level (topic) help, task help, overviews and
diagrams/flowcharts. We have jumps from one topic to another, subject to
another, glossary and example pop-ups.
One RTF file may have over a hundred topics or only a few. It may have several
jumps/links or none at all.
We also have several guides, which are created using FrameMaker and conditional
text (generally for the multi-platform issue).
