Only if you take it extremely literally. You could just as easily have them
make a sandwich of bologna or turkey or Nutella or Vegemite. The basic goal of
the exercise is to take a procedure that everyone knows a little too well and
have them document it. It doesn't have to be peanut butter or even a sandwich.
