For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
We are also relocating. We're returning home to New York, this time to
Albany.
I'm looking for long term contracts or direct hire. We are leaving Seattle
and ask your recommendations for contract houses and companies around
Albany. I suspect that it's not the hot spot of the nation but we are
looking forward to this move. My communications experience, writing and
illustration combined, covers 20 some years.
If you have tech writer advise and suggestions I welcome hearing from you
off list.
