Would you create two separate sets of instructions -- one for creamy and
one for crunchy -- or would you have optional steps for the creamy/crunchy
difference?
And how about the difference between jam and jelly? What about the
different interactions between the various substances?
I propose separate chapters on:
jam and creamy
jam and crunchy
jelly and creamy
jelly and crunchy
