Hi everyone,
Next spring the company I work for will implement a series of
enhancements to our administrative software, and I'll be writing the
training materials and user documentation. I'm currently working on a
proposal for a training bed of customer data, which would allow trainees
to interact directly with the system without fear of messing up real
data. I'd like to back up this request with some research that supports
the value of this approach.
Can anyone direct me to a source of information about the value of hands-
on training (vs. stand-up). Is there a training discussion list similar
to Techwr-l?
Sorry if this is a repeat or off-topic... My search of the archives
didn't turn up quite what I was looking for.
Please reply off-list.
Thanks,
Carolyn
