Download the free Amaya browser/editor from http://w3c.org
That lets you build "book" files which include href tags
with a rel=chapter or rel=subdoc attribute, load the book
file, click on "make book" and have all subdocs included
into one big file. Set options to get TOC and a list of
links used.
