This is exactly what the Frame book file is for. With a book file, you
specify the sequence of chapters, whether page number restarts in each
chapter, etc. You can also combine multiple files into one chapter using
the book file. Frame also lets you easily move files up or down in the
book, so you can easily rearrange chapters.
