You want to ask a question that gives you a chance to shine.

I'd ask some variant of the classic, "Where's the pain?" question:

* What is the biggest problem that they want the doc manager to solve?
* What problem(s) does the business as a whole face?

That gives you a chance to speculate on how the doc group can help with the
solutions and shows that you have the "big picture."
