Greetings Bryan!
>Why don't you just ask the SME who marked it wrong? If he knows it's wrong,

I went to the SMEs, their bosses, the developers, the marketing people, and
the secretary. Nobody knows exactly what it stands for! They know it's a
graphic format, but they don't know what the letters mean.
The people I work with here are really great, and not only do they care
about the documentation, but they take me seriously. It's just in this case,
they just honestly don't know the answer to this question.

Be seeing you,
Dave
