I've searched the archives without luck. I have also searched the web.
I'm trying to create an icon and the background keeps changing from
white to black. I'm on a PC (NT). I'm creating the bmp then just renaming
it to .ico. It works fine except for the background color.
I do have Photoshop and Illustrator. I CANNOT buy another package.
