Good afternoon,
We are currently in the midst of a large Six Sigma project here at Bombardier
Transport and I was wondering if anyone else on the list has ever been involved
in a similar project.
The goal of Six Sigma is to put into place certain metrics that will allow us to
measure (or at least try to measure) and improve overall productivity in the
Tech. Pubs. deptartment.
As you all know, or might imagine, it's not an easy task to accomplish.
Please respond to me directly and I will send a summary to anyone who requests
it.
