Last time I looked, Cc -- in its modern meaning of
"Courtesy Copy" -- translated just fine into any
language that had a word for courtesy (some don't)
and word for copy (most do).
You can even keep the abbreviation if you're
going to French :-)
Probably needs tweaking for Hindi, though. ;->
