Hi Karrie,

The listserv for tech writers is called Techwr-l, and it has an
administrative web site: http://www.raycomm.com/techwhirl/index.html

To post a message I write to TECHWR-L -at- LISTS -dot- RAYCOMM -dot- COM -dot-  Messages arrive
here with bounce-techwr-l-20798 -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com in the From line.

The listserv owner/admin is Eric Ray, and he can be reached at
ejray -at- raycomm -dot- com -dot- 
After he switched to a new list service a couple months ago, Lyris, the
duplicate message problem began. It went on for a long time and then one day
he announced that it was finally fixed. I wrote to him and said it's not
fixed for me. He asked me to send him both duplicate copies of a few
messages. Then he concluded he couldn't find any reason on his end for this
to be happening.

Pam,
I subscribe to a tech writers? listserv, and I receive two of every message
posted. With the volume of messages on the list, it?s a pretty big problem.
I reported this to the list administrator, and he suggested I ask you to
look into it, because he can?t find any problems.  Any ideas what could be
wrong?
