Job Description - Provide technical support for hardware and software
through phone and email systems. Responsible for solving problems directly
or forwarding the problems to someone who can solve them, using help desk
software, providing management with information regarding support

issues, escalating issues to the engineering level, limited Q/A, and some

Qualifications - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, minimum 2 years

MV-90 Quality Assurance Engineer - 1 Opening
Job Description - This position involves the testing and development cycle
processes of UTS C&I software (primarily MV-90 and MV-Web). This position
may also deal with issues for customer and internal software problems
including, but not limited to, networking issues (NOS, transport,
communications), operating system issues, and interface issues. The
position participates in formulating policies and procedures necessary to
develop, test, and distribute software systems produced by the UTS C&I
product group. This position will be expected to have the capabilities to
take a leading role in the establishment and maintenance of an automated
software testing program at UTS for C&I software products.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related
fields or equivalent combination of training and experience. 3 + years
experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Testing/QA,
Network Operations/Support (Novell or NT), Client/Server Development
Support. Experience with industry-standard automated testing packages such
as QA Partner, WinRunner, etc.. Must be able to interface with software

Job Description - Assist in the sales of large, complex, integrated software
information systems to Electric and Gas IOUs by: Working closely with
Territory Account Managers and Itron personnel to serve prospects and
customers as the technical consultant for Itron EIS products and services.
Assisting existing and potential customers in answering technical questions
in the areas of databases, networking, best action practices, back-end
integration, and client/server technologies. Building creative demos with
existing and new products. Providing technical expertise for prospects and
customers. Making technical presentations and conduct product
demonstrations to various groups within the account as well as to
prospective customers. Providing technical content for proposal and

Job Description - Sell large, complex, integrated software information
systems to Electric and Gas IOUs by: Establishing, maintaining and growing
close working relationships throughout the IOU organization. Partnering
with existing and new customers to identify business objectives of energy
information systems and map the business objectives to Itron products and
services. Working closely with Itron product and delivery personnel to
ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Communicating customer
feedback to marketing, product and delivery personnel to better position
Itron's solutions. Delivering creative presentations and demonstrations of
Itron solutions to all levels of the IOU.
Qualifications - 10+ years industry experience in selling complex
