Training Engineer
Due to the continued growth of our company, there is an immediate opening for a
Training Engineer. This position reports directly to the Manager of Training.
The Training Engineer will be responsible for executing in-house and on-site
Dealer and Customer Technical Training programs. This person would also be
responsible for design & development of coursework, generating and updating
materials, and participating periodically on cross-functional work teams. The
ideal conadiate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills,
an ability to interact with people of diverse backgrounds, a high level of PC
literacy with Windows software, and a minimum of a 4 year degree in Engineering,
Engineering Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related
field. Experience providing technical training and knowledge of HVAC and
controls is also helpful. This position will require a maximum of 25% travel.
