I would differ with this. I have used both packages a lot in the past
several years.

I admit that the Photoshop package I used last was about three years ago
(and this may account for important differences), but I have only been able
(and I have looked) to find ONE thing that PSP can't do that Photoshop
can--that one thing is use the arrow keys to move a selection around the
screen. Irritating to keyboard-types like me, but a difference I find worth
the $520 I save between the two packages.
