never objected
o if you pull it off, expect it to happen sometime again; management will
think it's OK.
I strongly disagree with the suggestion to go to Lisa about this. Lisa is
NOT the problem. You describe her as energetic, willing, and able, but
currently lacking the specific skills and experience to handle the
assignment. The problem is the fool who put this young woman in a position
for which she is not sufficiently prepared.
