Don't forget the snooping! Gather materials, product info, sales data,
competitor comments, chochkies (ok, so maybe you don't need more toys),
go to the free events, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and social events.
Some of the best intelligence/background/leads/jobs I've picked up have
