That sounds awfully familiar - like something I read a long time ago (the
definition of Quality in Robert Pirsig's - Zen and the Art of Motorcycle
Maintenance?). Is there an example of a document that meets these criteria
that you can point to.
I would be interested to see if I recognise it too.
