Lay out for us, O Great One, thy great wisdom about how to create a help
system that puts the reader in the driver's seat...
Of course, there is no one size fits all answer But you'll know a solution
that meets the criteria when you see it. To find out what "it" is, read
the Hypertext/Hypermedia Handbook, Berk and Devlin Editors,
published in 1991 by Intertext Publications (McGraw Hill), ISBN 0-07-016622-6
