Well to go along with that, I was actually given a typed out spelling and
grammar test along with my writing skills test. I'm actually a good speller
but I felt totally vulnerable without my spellchecker. Of course I was
given these tests after a TWO-Hour interview of which the interviewer used a
checklist and gave me scenarios. I thought I was being psychologically
profiled. Needless to say there was no second interview and after that
four-hour extravaganza (of which I had to take time off my current job), I
had no initiative to even want to accept a second interview.

and my spelling is even
worse. Without a keyboard and spell checker I truly felt handicapped. I got
the job but I don't think that the test gave the manager a good example of
my work.
