I think you need to consider where you are in your own developing
career: Are you still developing your base skills or are you now at a
journeyman level? That can be a more importat question than salary,
especially since it is so easy to change jobs today. I would focus on what
will most rapidly maximize your value to employers. Nice as your offers have
been, they have room to expand considerably yet, but you must be ready. -
