Poke around a bit. You will find more than you need.
The idea behind VXML is nothing more than XML run through telephone
lines by use of a voice controlled browser. 
IMNVHO VXML will become more exciting, especially when we are able to
integrate natural language commands, other than through use of a lookup
table
