I agree with one responder's comment about already having made up your mind
- and prejudicing others - with the title of your email. "Cancelled classes
..." would not only be more accurate, but less prejudicial. How would like
to have had this email be titled "Avram Baskin - impatient and difficult to
work with?"

That aside, I have known and taught for nSight for years. They, as do all
training operations, occasionally cancel classes, usually for one of two
reasons:

The instructor is ill (it happens)
There are too few students to make it worthwhile for the company or the
instructor.

In both cases, classes are offered again at a later time. If you need the
information in a timely manner, contact nSight - they may well be able to
arrange a special class just for you and your group.

I recently registered myself and two coworkers for three different workshops
with nSight, based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Two of the workshops have
been cancelled, and it looks like the third class will be cancelled as well.

Has anyone had similar experiences with nSight? Or good experiences -- I'll
give 'em the benefit of the doubt if it turns out this was just bad luck and
not their typical level of service.
