I think what's happening here is that Acrobat's trying to define bookmarks
based on your headings (which it should do) but there may be an internal
issue w/ the Word file. Before you hit 'Create" go to the Bookmarks tab,
deselect create bookmarks from headings and test run it that way. If it
works, then re-examine your style template in Word - even redefine it from
the ground up.
