Look on it as the company asking you: What do you need to do your job better
that you don't already have?
This is a great opportunity to put all sorts of things out there for you to
learn - new tools, new technologies ... even conferences you want to attend!
Go for it!!! (Just don't go overboard or they'll wonder why they hired you
in the first place!)

Subject: Personal development plan
I have been asked by my manager to create a personal development plan.
Somehow I do not think "come in, do my job, and leave" will fly. Has
anyone else completed one? What was included? Is there anyone willing to
show me an example? Thanks in advance.
IPCC 01, the IEEE International Professional Communication Conference,
October 24-27, 2001 at historic La Fonda in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA.
CALL FOR PAPERS OPEN UNTIL MARCH 15. http://ieeepcs.org/2001/
