TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
I know that many people (webmasters) have placed a link to the STC website - http://www.stc-va.org - on their website. Well, STC has moved (AND
COMPLETELY REDESIGNED THE SITE) to http://www.stc.org (formerly and commonly
known as the "Regional and Chapter Information Page". Since I know many
people love to be on the bleeding edge I thought I would pass this along.
As the Open Directory Project editor for various technical writing
categories, I have already deleted the www.stc-va.org site in exchange for
www.stc.org.
Take care,
