Sorry to respond so late, but here are three suggestions. There is no way
within PowerPoint to secure a presentation, but these suggestions may
help.
1) Save your presentation with the extension ".pps" - These presentations
will automatically open in slide show mode. The drawback to this method is
that the receiver merely needs to change the extension back to have access
to your presentation.
2) Look into distributing your presentation on a CD - There is an automated
tool available at a web site run by Sonia Coleman. The link for Sonia's
site is "http://www.soniacoleman..com" The disadvantage is that the
presentation is run with the viewer, so no macros will be run.
3) Look into one of the add-ins to do this - More information on this is
available at the PPT FAQ site. The link for this site is
