Hi All,

Thanks alot for your support and solutions..many of you suggested me to convert
it in the PDF while others to save it as PPS file..but in that case one could
edit as the recipients are not novice..The other suggestion was to save it as
Read-Only file but then it also has it own loop-holes..

So finally I have converted it as PDF file..:)
